Small Groups

Elem Leaders-

Small groups are a BIG part of the TRU program and Cornerstone Fellowship. We are working on getting more volunteers in so the small groups can be "small". I would like to see the kids placed in groups and stay in those groups as much as possible each week. Yes, this will look different as new kids arrive, kids are absent and volunteers rotate in and out. The main goal is having the kids build community and relationships with each other and leaders. Each small group should be 6-7 kids. I would like to start forming small group rosters and then you can plug in visitors as needed.

Remember the Weekly HomeFront Take home is a very important tool to this program - Be sure to hand out and encourage parents to participate.

Also, the Monthly verse - we really desire for our kids to know the Word of God - please go over the verse each week a few times!
